Capital Request - Deferred Mainentance

What: This recommendation is to provide much needed grant funding for our network of non-profit service providers to maintain safe and appropriate service facilities. Past grants have funded renovations of heating/ventilation systems and other renovation projects for provider agencies.

Why: The amount of money available for infrastructure repair is very limited, and there are many locations in need of repairs that cannot come up with the money to do so. A $2.5 million GF/MH increment is recommended.
