Capital Request - Coordinated Transportation

What:  This recommendation is for vehicle modification, maintenance and replacement to assure that AMHTA beneficiaries have access to safe and appropriate publicly funded transportation, whether in urban areas where there is mass transit or in rural areas where coordinated communication, such as community vans, is available.

Why:  Funds are necessary to support this endeavor. This is a regular capital recommendation upon which the Department of Transportation relies.  A $800,000 GF/MH fund increment is recommended
