Capital Request: Deferred Maintenance and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) – Improvement Grants to Service Providers and for Trust Beneficiaries

What:

This project makes capital funds available on a competitive basis to Mental Health Trust service provider agencies for deferred maintenance and accessibility improvements for program facilities and will be awarded to agencies for deferred maintenance, including facility renovation, repair or upgrade and accessibility improvements to program facilities. 

Why:

The funds are needed to keep program facilities operational and accessible.  The funding of deferred maintenance projects in rural areas will be a priority, with the balance of the request awarded to agencies in any part of the state.  Grants of $10,000 or more will require a 50% match.
