Basic Care Coordinators' Training
BASIC Care Coordinators’ Training is scheduled for:
June 18 - 19, 2008 in Fairbanks
July 31 - August 1, 2008 in Soldotna
August 13 - 14, 2008 in Anchorage
(For each session) Day one will cover introductory level information.
(For each session) Day two will cover the Plan of Care (POC). We will have representatives from our program units present in the afternoon.

Time – 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Date – July 31-August 1, 2008
Location – Kenai River Center, Funny River Road
Time – 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Date – August 13-14, 2008
Location – Frontier Building, 3601 C Street, Anchorage, AK 99503;
rooms – 890 and 896
Time – 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
We encourage all Care Coordinators to attend training once a year, if possible, to receive updated information.

We have space available for 40 applicants in Anchorage, 20 in Fairbanks and Soldotna. Registration for these training sessions will close once seating capacity is reached.
Special Note:All applicants for training should complete the “online training” prior to the face-to-face training. Once the online training is complete you may submit questions that you would like addressed during the “face-to-face” training.
