Information for Parents: Questions or Concerns about Child Care Providers
Individuals with a concern about a provider are encouraged to contact one of the regional offices. Licensing specialists will investigate complaints received about child care providers and document the findings. Information on completed complaint investigations is part of the public file and available for viewing.
